‘내 친구 하나’를 영어로는 ‘one of my friends’와 ‘a friend of mine’으로 표현할 수 있습니다. 이 중 ‘one of my friends’가 더 자연스러운 표현입니다.
Betty: Peter, are you going to be busy this Saturday night?
Peter: Yes, I am. I already made plans for this weekend.
Betty: Oh well, I guess you’ll have to miss out then.
