That sounds reasonable. 괜찮네요.

예전에 TV 광고중에 이런 말이 있었습니다. 우리는 잘 익은 오렌지를 만났을 때 좋다는 표현으로 “따봉” 합니다. 이 광고가 나가고 나서 친구들과 무슨 좋은 일만 있으면 따봉을 외치곤 했는데요. 여기 좋은 집을 구한 리사랑 메리가 정말 따봉이라고 외쳐야 할 것 같습니다. 가격도 딱 맞고 괜찮은 집을 드디어 구했으니까요. 여러분도 외박이나 포상휴가를 갈 때 예전 기억 삼아서 따봉하고 가보세요 ^^

Finding the Right Apartment (적당한 아파트 고르기)

Lisa: The living room is small, but I like the colors.

Mary : Yes. And the building is old, but it has character.

Manager : The bedrooms aren't that big, but they have a lot of closet space.

Lisa : That's good. Does the apartment get a lot of light during the day?

Manager : Yes. The balcony faces south, so you get sunlight all day long.

Mary : Excellent. How much would it cost to move in?

Manager : You have to pay the first and last months' rent in advance,

           and a month's rent as security deposit.

Mary : That sounds reasonable. 

Lisa : 거실은 작지만 색상이 마음에 들어.

Mary : 응. 건물이 낡긴 했어도 특색이 있네.

Manager : 침실은 그리 크지 않지만 옷장 공간이 넓습니다.

Lisa : 그것 참 마음에 드네요. 낮에 햇볕은 잘 드나요?

Manager : 네. 발코니가 남향이어서 하루 종일 햇볕이 들어온답니다.

Mary : 좋은데요. 여기로 들어오는 데 비용이 얼마나 드나요?

Manager : 처음과 마지막 달 임대료를 선불로 주고

           한 달치를 보증금으로 내야 합니다.

 Mary : 괜찮네요.
